Job Description
Overview of the Position:
This role will play a key role in ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of outbound orders. Your responsibilities include monitoring outbound productivity, ensuring all orders are packed correctly and dispatched on time, and verifying stock accuracy during the picking and packing process.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor Outbound Productivity
All orders are packed on time with zero packing error. Stock picked tally with D/O with no shortage during packing. Check and confirm the stocks received from Inbound team.
Cleanliness and Safety at Outbound Stations
To manage and ensure outbound stations are clean and tidy at all time. All packing materials are well kept and organized after used. Ensure no forbidden items in the outbound stations. Comply with the safety rules and regulation at all times.

Always ensure Outbound station is clean and tidy at all time. Make sure all the packing material are well organized. Ensure no forbidden items inside the outbound station. Ensure safety rules and regulations compliance at all times.
Key Requirements:
Minimum SPM or equivalent
; relevant warehouse experience is an added advantage.1-2 years of experience
in warehouse or logistics operations, preferably in outbound processes.Basic understanding of warehouse procedures
, including picking, packing, and stock handling.Physically fit
and able to handle manual work, including lifting and organizing stock.Able to follow safety procedures and workplace regulations
at all times.Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
and adapt to changing workloads.Work location: Subang Jaya
