Job Description

We are seeking a

hands-on, reliable, and detail-oriented Warehouse Packing Crew

to support our growing warehouse and fulfilment operations. This role is essential in ensuring smooth day-to-day warehouse activities such as stock receiving, order packing, inventory tracking, and timely fulfilment of both retail and online orders.

Key Responsibilities:

Stock Handling & Inventory:

Assist in receiving, checking, and labeling incoming goods. Ensure accurate storage and arrangement of products according to SOP. Conduct periodic stock count and support inventory reconciliation.

Order Fulfilment:

Pick and pack online and offline orders accurately and efficiently. Ensure packaging quality meets brand standards before dispatch. Assist in arranging parcels for courier pickup or delivery.

Warehouse Organisation:

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse space. Ensure safety and hygiene practices are followed at all times. Assist in setting up or re-organizing storage areas as needed.

Documentation & Reporting:

Record stock movement using inventory systems or forms. Report stock discrepancies or damaged items to supervisor promptly.

Support for Events:

Assist in stock packing, loading, and logistics for baby fairs or brand events.

Requirements:

Minimum SPM or equivalent. Prior experience in warehouse, stock control, or packing roles is preferred. Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Basic understanding of inventory or fulfilment systems is a plus. Willing to work overtime when required, especially during peak campaign periods.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
