Requirements

• Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in purchasing, inventory management, or warehouse operations.
• Proficiency in Mandarin to effectively communicate with suppliers and stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control principles, and supply chain management concepts.
• Proven ability to negotiate favorable terms with suppliers and implement cost control measures.
• Experience in coordinating logistics and managing stock levels to ensure efficient warehouse operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve purchasing and inventory issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Manage the procurement of all warehouse materials, supplies, and equipment, ensuring timely availability and adherence to quality standards.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels by analyzing stock levels, demand forecasts, and lead times, implementing strategies to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.
• Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers to secure the most favorable deals, focusing on cost reduction and value maximization without compromising quality.
• Coordinate with warehouse operations and logistics teams to ensure efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, resolving any discrepancies or issues promptly.
• Monitor supplier performance, track deliveries, and address any delays or quality concerns, maintaining strong relationships with key vendors.
• Implement and maintain accurate records of all purchases, inventory movements, and stock levels, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company policies.
• Support the development and implementation of warehouse purchasing strategies, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and cost-saving measures.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards in purchasing and warehouse operations.
