Job Description

REQUIREMENTS * Possess at least SPM or Diploma in any field related to Warehouse Management

• Minimum of 3 years experience in logistics/warehouse
• Possess a strong communication skill, good team player initiative, passionate and pleasant personality
• Must be able to work on shift rotation
• Must be able to work on weekends
• Experience with WMS or any related Warehouse System
• Experience in e-Commerce will be an added advantage
• Must be able to negotiate
• Computer literacy with an understanding of MS Office

RESPONSIBILITIESA) Operation

• Reconcile return records with the system, verifying order and SOH accuracy.
• Coordinate with other departments (e.g. Supply Chain, Customer Service, Warehouse & Inventory Management)
• Communicate with 3PL providers and the marketplace regarding return shipments and failed deliveries.
• Ensure that all returned items are inspected and processed according to company standards.
• Assist in the daily return operation process.
• Assist the customer service team in resolving return-related issues.
• Complete all required documentation and data files during the shift

B) Reports

• Reconciliation report - Own Platform, TikTok, Shopee & Lazada.
• Generate and analyze reports on return activities/trends.

OTHER SECONDARY DUTIES

• To collaborate with other departments in supporting their activities that impact the company KPIs.
• To support Management Team for any GDPMD/GDP Audit/Project
