Ensure peak efficiency in warehouse operations with a primary focus on customer satisfaction. Establish, monitor, and manage operation goals for continuous improvement. Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and stakeholders to maintain strong relationships. Ensure accurate order fulfillment, minimize stockouts, and enhance customer satisfaction. Achieve warehouse financial objectives through budget preparation and expenditure analysis. Develop warehouse operations systems, including product handling, storage, equipment utilization, inventory management, and shipping. Maintain standards of health, safety, and security for the workforce, building, and inventories. Lead, mentor, and supervise warehouse staff to foster a positive and productive work environment Job Requirement: Minimum 10 years of relevant experience Fluent in mandarin preferred as role required to deal with mandarin speaking clients. Preferable with experience on ASRS Strong leadership in managing a team up to 200. Good communication skills is required. Able to work on weekend.
