Job Description

• Candidate must possess at least SPM or Diploma or Bachelor\'s Degree in Business/ Warehousing/ Logistic/ Supply Chain or any other related field;
• At least 3 years of working experience in the logistic / 3PL / Retail is required for this position;
• Candidate with a forklift license and reach truck license for this position will be an added advantage;
• Proficient in MS. Office, computer knowledge, and operating scanning equipment;
• Working knowledge of any ERP / WMS / TMS system
• Desire to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and be able to handle stressful conditions;
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision, self-initiated;
• Able to commit for extra hours when needed

• Be responsible to support day-to-day operations in the warehouse by ensuring adequate manpower to perform warehouse duties.
• To ensures the security and accountability of goods with proper control.
• To ensure the filing of documents is completed on time and accurately.
• To supervise a team of assistant supervisors and Operator handling Stock with machinery.
• Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
• Suggest improvements to eliminate risks, feedback on the inadequacy of operational control, risk assessment and safe work procedure.
• To ensure the cleanliness of the warehouse and the proper and safe functioning of warehouse tools, facilities, and equipment.
• Performs other job-related functions as and when required by superior.
