We are looking for passionate individuals to join our team as

WMS Implementation Specialists

. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and configuring Hatio's Warehouse Management System (WMS) for our clients. You'll work closely with our project team, clients, and partners to ensure a smooth, efficient rollout that helps businesses optimize their warehouse operations through world-class technology.

What You'll Do

Gather Requirements

- Collaborate with clients to understand their warehouse operations and translate them into detailed system requirements.

Configure the WMS

- Set up warehouse layouts, product catalogs, order processing rules, inventory workflows, and other key system parameters.

System Integration

- Work with our technical team to connect WMS with ERPs, accounting systems, transportation management systems, and marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, etc.).

Test & Assure Quality

- Conduct functional testing, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the system meets client needs before go-live.

Deployment & Patch Management

- Assist in rolling out system updates across SIT, UAT, and production environments.

Train & Support Users

- Deliver user training, create guides, and provide hands-on support during and after implementation.

Document Everything

- Prepare and maintain clear specifications, process documentation, and training materials.

Build Customer Relationships

- Represent Hatio with professionalism, ensuring clients feel supported and confident throughout the implementation journey.
What We're Looking For

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply - we'll train you! 2 full-time positions available. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Familiarity with warehouse operations or inventory management is an advantage. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented, with a commitment to high-quality delivery. Work-from-home flexibility with potential on-site client support.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM6,800.00 per month
