About the Role

We are seeking a

Warehouse Specialist

to manage daily warehouse operations and ensure smooth material flow to support our electrical manufacturing production. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, hands-on, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of safety and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

Manage receiving, storage, picking, and issuance of raw materials, components, and finished goods. Monitor inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and stock reconciliation. Ensure timely material delivery to production lines according to schedule and work orders. Coordinate with the purchasing, production, and logistics teams to optimize warehouse operations. Maintain proper labeling, bin location accuracy, and FIFO (First-In, First-Out) system. Operate warehouse equipment (e.g. forklift, pallet jack) safely and efficiently. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency and space utilization. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and 5S practices. Generate inventory and movement reports as required by management.

Requirements

Diploma / Certificate in Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, or related field. Minimum

2-3 years of warehouse experience

in a

manufacturing environment

(preferably electrical or electronics industry). Familiar with ERP / MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or equivalent). Strong understanding of inventory control, material handling, and stock accuracy. Able to operate forklift or other material handling equipment (license is an advantage).

Ability to communicate (spoken & written) in Chinese is an added advantage.

Good communication, teamwork, time management & leadership skills. Physically fit and able to work in warehouse conditions.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
