Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as Storekeeper or Warehouse Assistant (preferably in a manufacturing environment)
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and material handling
• Familiarity with raw materials used in fire-rated door manufacturing is an advantage.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel or inventory management systems.
• Physically fit and able to lift or move moderate loads.
• Responsible and can work independently

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials, components, and supplies.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and stacking of raw materials according to safety and quality standards.
• Issue materials to the production department as per daily requirements and maintain accurate records.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the procurement team for timely replenishment.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the warehouse.
• Ensure compliance with company safety procedures and material handling protocols.
• Assist in documentation, such as delivery notes, material requisitions, and inventory reports.
