Job Description
Job Responsibility To assist and follow Hub Manager in monitoring MS1 Hub operation Analyse operation information and data. Responsible for the translation of important documents and meetings. Prepare reports as and when needed. To liaise and coordinate with external parties. Other issues requiring cross departmental communication. Perform other tasks and projects as assigned by the Hub Manager. Working Days: 6 Days / Week (Monday to Saturday) Working Hours: 8:00PM - 4:30AM/ / 9:00PM - 5:30AM (Night Shift) Working Location: Port Klang, Selangor Job Requirements Diploma, degree holders or above, fresh graduate are welcome to apply. Minimum of 1 year working experience as an assistant in related industry is a an added advantage. Must be proficient in Mandarin, Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, and English is an added advantage. Must possess driving license as may need to travel for work. Familiar with MS Office and Data Analysis. Willing to work 6 Days / Week and Night Shift.
