Main Responsibility:-

Assist Warehouse Manager in daily logistic function. Plan delivery itinerary and delegate trip assignment to lorry driver & attendant in daily basis. Provide delivery & safety guidance to subordinate. Monitor driver's performance and ensure delivery to customers on-time. Monitor maintenance of truck & forklift & monitor and ensure FIFO system are in place. Ensure all stocks in proper location with proper packing requirements. Monitor and verify incoming/outgoing customer poly box quantity against documents. Check & confirm outgoing parts against Delivery Order/Picking List for each delivery, upon checked, to sign at DO/Shipment. To escalates any incident regarding packing/ quality/ logistics/ deliveries to higher hierarchical levels. Responsible for the timely notification of any potentially dangerous situation regarding the stocks of materials (overstock or out of stock). To participate and chair daily group briefing with team leaders on a daily basis. To motivate, organize and encourage teamwork within the workforce to ensure productivity targets are met or exceeded. Ensure all process meeting TS requirement and achieve KPI target. Responsible for organizing, signalling, the order and cleanliness of all areas for storage in the warehouse according to the 5S principles. Carries out other tasks from the higher hierarchical levels.
