1) Responsible to ensure the department activity conforms to health and safety requirements, including risk assessment, operating procedures and the general policies and procedures of the Company.
2)Monitor the security of the warehouse.
3) Receive construction materials including checking the specification, marking, arranging and stacking in warehouse.
4) Receive site requisitions and raise issue notes for materials to be sent out and update the specific records.
5) Delivery of materials to site including coordination with site supervisor, arranging lorry, heavy machinery as and when necessary for loading or unloading at site.
6) Prepare daily duty roaster for lorry driver and crane operator.
7) Ensure proper operation of computerised weighbridge.
8) Responsible to ensure stock levels are well maintained.

Requirements:
1) Minimum SPM or equivalent.
2) 1-2 years experienced in warehousing, preferably construction industry.
3) Strong verbal and written communication skills.
4) Ability to anticipate and solve problem.
5) Excellent time management, organisational skill and attention to detail.
6) Ability to meet deadlines.
7) Proficient with data entry and inventory software and system.
