Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities 1. Lead and oversee daily warehouse operational activities, including raw material receiving, product loading/unloading, and warehouse operations, ensuring strict adherence to cleanliness and safety protocols. 2. Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching, and assuring quality of goods. 3. Receives and records new inventory as it is delivered; inspects and stores it according to procedure. 4. Conducts physical inventory, compares results to computerized inventory, and reconciles any differences. 5. Ensures that all stock is stored in correct locations in the warehouse. 6. Transfer goods to trucks for delivery in a timely manner and according to schedule. 7. Ensure shipments\xe2\x80\x99 and inventory transactions\xe2\x80\x99 accuracy. 8. Schedules materials being transferred to and from warehouse; coordinates transfer of inventory between departments. 9. Prepare logistic related document when needed. 10. Collaborates with other departments and stakeholders to develop strategic plans and procedures to increase the efficiency of warehouse practices. 11. Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities. 12. Provide related training to all production personnel and ensure the effectiveness and awareness of the training. 13. Ensure warehouse facilities, equipment and tools are properly maintenance and complies with safety and environment guidelines. 14. Make sure the team adheres to Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) safety regulations. Requirements: 1. Diploma in any discipline or STPM/SPM holder with more than 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in related role. 2. Proven working experience as Warehouse Supervisor 3. Applicants must possess own transport and willing to work in Kemena, Bintulu Sarawak. Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:

• Bintulu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
