Job Description

• At least 1-2 years of work experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role;
• Must be proficient in Mandarin.
• Strong leadership abilities and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop employees;
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills;
• Proficient in using warehouse management software (EMP) and inventory control systems;
• In-depth understanding of warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping/receiving processes;
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment;

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and distribution of goods.
• Oversee, train, and evaluate warehouse staff; ensure all team members perform their duties efficiently and safely.
• Assign tasks and adjust workloads as needed to meet daily operational goals.
• Ensure accurate and timely inventory control, including regular stock counts and inventory reconciliation.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the purchasing department to maintain appropriate stock levels.
• Implement and maintain best practices in warehouse management to prevent losses.
• Enforce company policies and safety regulations to create a safe working environment.
• Conduct regular safety audits and inspections, addressing any hazards or compliance issues promptly.
• Ensure all employees are properly trained on equipment usage and follow safety protocols.
• Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization for maximum efficiency.
• Coordinate with other departments (such as logistics and customer service) to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
