\xc2\xb7 Complying with environmental and quality policy, procedures and instructions.

\xc2\xb7 Set daily work priorities for storekeepers by directing their work based on urgency and importance whenever necessary.

\xc2\xb7 To supervise store staff, ensure safety, security and good handling.

\xc2\xb7 Evaluate storekeepers job performance by reviewing their completed assignments and ensuring proper work procedure is follow through.

\xc2\xb7 Responsible to supervise the store activities including receiving of goods arranging material storage to optimize warehouse space and documentation record.

\xc2\xb7 Receives, records, stores, monitors, and retrieves material in the centralized and to ensure the smooth running of total operations of store management, receiving in-coming, data entry, storage, issue out to customers.

\xc2\xb7 To assist store to coordinate and perform job related duties.

\xc2\xb7 To plan and lead monthly stocks take on all stock item.

\xc2\xb7 Report any damage product to superior.

\xc2\xb7 Monitoring warehouse inventory movement and stock count.

\xc2\xb7 Provide consolidation report to superior on weekly basis or whenever it is requested.

\xc2\xb7 To maintain and update of stock item, good stocks keeping and accuracy of inventory updated daily.

\xc2\xb7 Establish good practices and methodology for packing and storing various goods based on the nature of the goods.

\xc2\xb7 Supervise the loading goods onto lorry or container to ensure accuracy of packing list, record final packing list quantity.

\xc2\xb7 Operate forklift & Chemical handling experience.
