• Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Handles daily warehouse activities to ensure timely delivery of goal such as goods delivery, inventory control and transportation arrangement.

• To ensure smooth run and daily operations activities through proactive planning and scheduling.

• To maintain proper documentation records to reflect the effectiveness and efficiency of warehouse activities.

• To promote a safe and conducive work environment by using proper house-keeping.

• To lead and supervise a group of store keeper, driver, driver assistant and warehouse administrative personnel.

• Fully responsible for the operation of warehouse and control of all kinds of inventories.

• On-going review, implementation and monitoring of the warehousing controls including arranging periodical stocks take and improve stock take procedure.

• Monthly Inventory Reports to meet the management requirements.

• To implement security control to avoid missing, stolen or misplaced of goods.

• Ensuring health, safety, cleanliness and security of the warehouse and the whole perimeter at all time.

• Maintains storage area by organizing floor space; adhering to storage design principles & recommending improvements.

• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Superior.
