Job SummaryThe Warehouse Supervisor will play a pivotal role in managing day-to-day warehouse activities to ensure operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse management, a commitment to safety standards, and the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.Work Tasks

• Define and optimize warehouse procedure
• Overviewing daily operations related KPIs
• Warehouse personnel management
• Warehouse employee training
• Stocktaking arrangement
• Warehouse safety management
• Shipping and receiving management
• Warehouse Management Sofware and SAP system operation
• Communicate with internal departments
• Complaint handling

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team responsible for inbound and outbound logistics operations (receiving, warehousing, pick, pack, ship).
• Be the responsible for the results of warehouse operations and to achieve set KPI goals.
• Take the responsibility to develop skills and confidence of each team member as well as their ability to work independently, through regular and effective individual meetings, team meetings and daily coaching on the floor.
• Make a training plan and development plan with the team. Set up training plans in Blum\xe2\x80\x99s e-learning software
• Develop and enforce SOPs for inventory control and streamline warehouse processes.
• Drive adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards set by local law and company policies.
• Initiate, coordinate, and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment in accordance with our 5S Standards.
• Ensure system records are accurately maintained in SAP.
• Prepare productivity reports, statistics for analysis and annual budgets.
• Collaborate with other departments to integrate logistics with the broader business systems.

Requirement

• Bachelor\'s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or relevant field.
• Proven experience in warehousing, distribution, or logistics management.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage time effectively and multitask.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Familiarity with SAP ERP and SAP warehouse management software EWM.
• Experience working in an international company.
• In-depth knowledge of the legal requirements of the Malaysian warehousing and logistics industry.
