Warehouse Supervisor

Job Description
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Logistics / Transportation/ Business Study / Administrative / Management or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years working experience in the related field is required
- Prefer Executive specializing in Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent
- Good command of oral and written skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Able to work independently and adhere to strict deadlines
- Assist in supply (manufacturing) and demand (shipment) planning
- Prepare weekly staffing timetable and coordination with related parties
- Prepare weekly raw materials stock level report
- Prepare daily warehouse stock movement reports
- Coordinate operational process flow (demand and supply) with Customer Service, Supply Chain and Manufacturing
- Inventory monitoring and control
- Monitor the status of orders from customers and ensure accuracy on deliveries against orders
- Assist in the inbound logistic planning for the company
- Ensure optimal security of stock at the warehouse and its related facilities
- Coordinate and liaise with the HQ office on import matters
- To perform monthly inventory stock take at the Warehouse
- Any other duties as assigned by the superior
