Company Overview
The company was incorporated in 1977 and has been involved in the plastic packaging sector. Its products range from High Density Polythene (HDPE) bags, Low Density Polythene (LDPE), Polypropylene (PP) bags to oxo-biodegradable TDPA carrier bags. Besides having a broad clientele in Malaysia and the South East Asia, the company also exports to Australia, Europe, and the Middle East.
Responsibilities:
- Effectively ensure optimum daily activities such as receiving, storage, issuance, system compliance for storage areas
- To supervise and train subordinator to carry out their jobs effectively to ensure smooth operations
- To monitor and verify material/finished goods accuracy to ensure all material/finished goods are controlled, stored and segregated properly with storage records are well managed
- Handle daily warehouse operation to ensure that customer delivery schedules are met so as to provide customer satisfaction
- Manage and handle loading and unloading goods
- Ensure goods are stored under proper conditions and issued on FIFO basic
- Ensure safety of all personnel in the warehouse
- Any other duties that may be assigned by immediate superior from time to time
Requirements:
- At least SPM or equivalent
- Min 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in related field
- Able to plan, organize, direct, prioritize and assign work to workers
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision or in team
- Good leadership and system integration skills
- Must be computer literate
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 will be an advantage
- Spoken and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Willing to work in Pandamaran, Port Klang
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm; Saturday 8.30pm to 1.00pm
