The company is a Singapore based company, offering a one-stop total logistics solutions.
Its expertise includes: Airfreight & Seafreight (Import & Export), Transhipment Cargoes, Consolidation Services, Custom Brokerage, Warehouse, Distribution & Packing Services, Projects & Exhibition Cargoes, Cargo Insurance, Warehousing.

Responsibilities:

• To implement the necessary Standard Operating Procedures for inventories and logistics department
• Responsible for stock preparation for courier, delivery and installation
• Responsible for all incoming and outgoing material, finished goods, warehouse, shipping and receiving
• Work closely with sales support and marketing departments
• Responsible for ensuring the right amount of stock is available at the warehouse to meet clients needs but at the same time to avoid overstocking items
• Responsible to conduct stock count planning, execution including monthly cycle count and bi-annual stock count
• Responsible to carry out regular random counts in warehouse and retail outlets and branches
• Responsible to handle and manage requests for write-offs from outlets including identifying damaged/defected/expired product and perform investigations, prepare justification and initiate process for approval
• Responsible to issue document for customized items, transfer \xe2\x80\x9ctop-up\xe2\x80\x9d stock for outlets and exhibitions
• Responsible to provide report of minimum order quantity for stock ordering
• Responsible to prepare and submit inventory control reports to management
• Responsible to oversee and check stock daily for delivery and installation
• Any other tasks by management

Requirements:

• Candidates must posses at least Higher Secondary/SPM/STPM/\xe2\x80\x9dA\xe2\x80\x9d Level/Pre-U or Diploma in Logistic or equivalent
• Minimum 3-4 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in inventory & warehousing management
• Possess positive attitudes and initiative-taking
• Applicants able to start work in short notice will be advantageous
• Preferred skills: Microsoft Office, Inventory System, etc
• Required Language: English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Willing to work in Bandar Sultan Suleiman, Port Klang
• Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 8.00am to 5.00pm or 9.00am to 6.00pm; Sat, 8.00am to 12.00pm or 9.00am to 1.00pm
