The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storage, and shipment of merchandise in a safe, efficient, and effective manner. The Supervisor will manage a team of warehouse associates, ensuring all team members are trained, motivated, and working together to achieve the company\'s goals. Responsibilities: 1) Supervise and manage a team of warehouse associates, including scheduling, training, coaching, and performance management. 2) Oversee the receiving, storing, and shipping of merchandise, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness. 3) Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and safe, and that all equipment is maintained and functioning properly. 4) Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock is replenished as needed to meet customer demand. 5) Coordinate with other departments, such as logistics and customer service, to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders. 6) Monitor and analyze warehouse performance metrics, such as productivity, accuracy, and inventory levels, and implement process improvements as needed. 7) Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal regulations. 8) Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork, accountability, and excellence. Requirements: 1) High school diploma or equivalent required; associate\'s or bachelor\'s degree in a related field preferred. 2) 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role. 3) Willing to work at Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.
