Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to drive warehouse operation and establish an efficient warehouse management system from the ground up. The successful candidate is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inventory control, timely material flow, and compliance with safety and quality standards to support production activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:-

Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, organizing and dispatching of materials, components and finished products. Coordinate closely with production and procurement teams to ensure timely material supply for DC panel and battery pack assembly lines. Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper documentation in ERP system. Plan and manage warehouse layout, optimize space utilization, and maintain a clean and safe working environment. Lead and monitor warehouse staff performance, assign daily tasks, and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and housekeeping standards. Verify incoming and outgoing goods against purchase orders and delivery documents to ensure accuracy and traceability. Implement safe handling, storage, and transportation procedures for warehouse operations. Monitor warehouse equipment (e.g. forklifts, reach truck, pallet jacks, racks) and ensure timely maintenance and inspection. Develop, implement, and continuously improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for warehouse processes. Prepare and present reports on inventory levels, stock movement, and warehouse performance. Participate in audits, stock counts, and continuous improvement activities to enhance warehouse efficiency and minimize losses. Support warehouse setup and system development in line with start-up and future expansion requirements.

QUALIFICATION:-

SPM, Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse or inventory management, preferably in a manufacturing or assembly environment. Experience in handling electrical components or battery-related materials will be an added advantage. Strong knowledge of inventory control systems, stock management procedures and documentations practices. Good leadership, communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently, manage priorities and meet tight deadlines. Knowledge of warehouse safety, 5S practices and ISO quality system compliance is preferred. Physically fit and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The candidate must be willing to work in Jeram, Kuala Selangor.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
