Job Description


Position: Warehouse Supervisor Working Hours: Monday - Friday 9am-6pm Working Duration: 6-12 months contract with PERSOLKELLY (renewable based on performance) Salary: Basic up to RM4000 with statutory contribution Main Purpose of Job: Reporting to the Warehouse Manager. This position requires the ability to lead the foreign workers and guide them in the warehouse coordination matters while ensuring safety standards and quality. Your responsibilities Stock/ Product/ material coordination Assist in product range consolidation (scrap action to make room for new products). Monitor stock levels of material and liaise with procurement for orders Support the stock take Manage the quarterly stock taking of material and consumables. Coordinate material receipts in the warehouse, storage of material, customer deliveries, customer returns and reconditioning of formwork (4-eyes-principle as per the internal defined rules and proceedings). Work out time to prepare the material needed for each job based on drawings and material list in accordance with company rules. Onsite Delivery and management Make sure deadlines are met and jobs are prioritised correctly. Organise the availability of material and tools on site. Check quality and measurements of finished products prior to delivery in accordance with current company standards. Record daily deliveries, returns and RTU. Coordinate the prefabrication & on-site assembly deliveries. Reconditioning and Modification works Record any modification works on Materials and Inform Warehouse Manager. Maintenance Identify consumable parts, spare parts, and new tools. Record and maintain tools for warehouse operation (e.g., forklift, cranes, high-pressure cleaner, circular saw, routers and small tools) Ensure cleanliness of warehouse working environment (inc. pantry, loading area, corridor) & safe working conditions at all times. Continuous improvement Provide suggestions on optimization of processes in the warehouse. Assist in quality analysis and training activities to assure group standards and compliance. Liaise with Warehouse to ensure effective sharing of staff and other resources. Distribute the workload to the team of carpenters/scaffolders and supervise/train them accordingly. Set up, implement and monitor processes and procedures. Execute in the compliance with the Health and Safety management system i.e. workers\' PPE e.g. safety shoes, gloves, ear-plugs. Ensure proper and time and attendance for the foreign workers.
