Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement efficient routing strategies for deliveries to minimize costs and improve delivery times.
• Oversee inventory levels and ensure accurate tracking and reporting of stock to prevent shortages or overstock situations.
• Analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) related to routing, delivery times, and operational efficiency; implement corrective actions as needed.
• Utilize data analytics tools to assess routing effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, fostering a safe working environment for all employees.
• Work closely with Loading operation (PIC) to coordinate delivery schedules and resolve any issues.
• Address and resolve operational challenges related to routing and deliveries in a timely manner.
• Prepare and present regular reports on routing performance, operational efficiency, and team productivity to upper management.

Qualifications, skills & experiences:

• Must possess at least SPM or Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration/Logistic or any relevant studies.
• At least 2-3 years of working experience in transportation/shipping handling and warehouse management.
• Experience working specific in Warehouse Loading and Transportation will be added advantage.
• Must be able to negotiate and communicate effectively.
• Willing to work on shift or/and different off day, Public Holidays.
• Good team player initiative, passionate & pleasant personality.
