• Experience with forklifts and warehouse equipment (a plus)

Responsibilities

• Supervision & Team Management: Lead and train warehouse staff, assign tasks, and monitor performance.
• Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct stock audits, and prevent discrepancies.
• Logistics Coordination: Oversee receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods while ensuring timely order fulfillment.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce workplace safety regulations (OSHA, health codes) and ensure a hazard-free environment.
• Warehouse Optimization: Improve warehouse layout, workflow efficiency, and implement best practices.
• Equipment & Maintenance: Ensure proper use and maintenance of forklifts, conveyor belts, and other warehouse machinery.
• Reporting & Documentation: Prepare reports on warehouse operations, stock levels, and employee performance.
