• Education level SPM or above.
• Experience at least 1 year of warehouse management experience.
• Familiar with warehouse management processes and related operational standards, with experience in inventory control and logistics management.
• Proficient in warehouse management and Office software.
• Good communication, team management, and problem-solving skills.
• Personal Qualities: Detail-oriented, responsible, strong execution, and pressure-handling abilities.
• Must have a driving license and personal transportation.
• Willing to learn, proactive, meticulous, responsible, and disciplined with basic courtesy.
• Must be a team player, energetic, and positive.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storage, picking, shipping, and inventory counting.
• Develop and optimize warehouse management processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency in inventory movement.
• Supervise warehouse staff, assign tasks efficiently, and improve team productivity.
• Maintain the inventory system, ensure real-time updates of inventory data, and conduct regular stock-taking.
• Ensure the warehouse environment meets safety standards, implement fire, safety, and sanitation management procedures.
• Monitor logistics and supply chain management, optimize stock turnover, and reduce losses and waste.
• Manage training, assessments, and performance of warehouse staff to improve the overall team capabilities.
• Coordinate with other departments (procurement, sales, logistics, etc.) to ensure smooth business operations.
