:The Warehouse Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficiency and productivity. This role involves managing warehouse staff, coordinating logistics, and maintaining inventory accuracy.Key Responsibilities:1. Staff Management:

• Supervise and train warehouse staff.

• Schedule shifts and assign tasks to ensure efficient operations.

• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback.

2. Inventory Control:

• Oversee inventory management, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.

• Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations.

• Implement and maintain inventory control systems and processes.

3. Logistics Coordination:

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments.

• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.

• Collaborate with logistics partners and carriers.

4. Process Improvement:

• Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions.

• Monitor warehouse performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.

• Optimize space utilisation and layout for maximum efficiency.

5. Reporting and Documentation:

• Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and warehouse activities.

• Prepare regular reports on warehouse performance and inventory status.

• Ensure proper documentation for compliance and audit purposes.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent;

Bachelor\'s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field preferred.

• Proven experience as a warehouse supervisor or similar role.

• Strong leadership and organizational skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Proficiency in warehouse management software and databases.

• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and move relative heavy objects.
