Job Description

Supervise and lead a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure a productive and cohesive working environment. Oversee the receiving, inspection, storage, and shipment of goods, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all processes. Coordinate and prioritize daily work activities, including order picking, packing, and shipping, to meet customer requirements and deadlines. Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures, promoting a culture of safety awareness among warehouse staff. Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts, reconciliations, and audits. Monitor and optimize warehouse layout and organization, ensuring optimal space utilization and efficient product flow. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including transportation, customer service, and operations, to ensure smooth and timely order fulfillment. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Provide regular reports on warehouse performance metrics, such as productivity, accuracy, and inventory levels, to management. Requirements Proven experience (3+ years) in warehouse supervision or management, preferably in a 3PL or logistics environment. Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control software; experience with ERP systems is a plus. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining attention to detail. Proficient in using computer systems and MS Office applications. Forklift certification or the ability to obtain certification is desired. Fluent in spoken & written Mandarin
