Kelayakan

• Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken). Mandarin is an added advantage
• Minimum SPM qualification; Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in warehouse operations or supervision.
• Skilled in inventory management, familiar with ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of warehouse safety practices and 5S management principles.
• A valid forklift license will be an added advantage

Tanggungjawab

• Manage and oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching materials and finished goods.
• Plan and organize warehouse layout and storage space to maximize efficiency and maintain proper inventory organization.
• Conduct and supervise regular inventory checks to ensure stock accuracy, and investigate any discrepancies promptly.
• Lead and manage warehouse staff - including work scheduling, on-the-job training, and performance evaluations.
• Enforce warehouse safety standards and perform regular inspections on fire safety systems, tools, and equipment.
• Coordinate with purchasing, production, and sales teams to ensure timely material supply and smooth order fulfillment.
• Operate and maintain warehouse equipment, including forklifts, PDA devices, and barcode printers.
