Kelayakan
Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
Minimum High School Education SPM ; Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields preferred (or equivalent experience).
At least 2 years of hands-on warehouse supervision experience.
Skilled in inventory management and familiar with ERP systems and MS Office tools (Excel preferred).
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of warehouse safety practices and 5S management.
Forklift license is an added advantage.
Tanggungjawab
Manage and oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, and dispatching materials and finished goods.
Plan and organize warehouse layout and storage space to maximize efficiency and maintain orderly storage.
Conduct and supervise regular inventory checks, ensure stock accuracy, and investigate discrepancies.
Lead and manage warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
Regulate warehouse safety standards and conduct regular inspections on fire safety and equipment
Collaborate with purchasing, production, and sales teams to ensure timely material supply and order fulfillment.
Operate warehouse equipment, including PDA devices and barcode printers
