Responsibilities
- 1. Warehousing:
- Own stock movement (in-out) in warehouse
- Coordinate and supervise warehouse daily inbound/ outbound activities
- Ensure fast, accurate and timely order picking activities
- Ensure housekeeping done
- 2. Distribution:
- Monitor order processing and manage backlogs
- Monitor and assess transporter performance
- 3. Inventory Control:
- Ensure IRA : Cycle Count, Monthly Full Stock Count and RCA
- Take ownership of any inventory inaccuracies
- Be aware of incoming shipments and potential out-of-stock and manage accordingly
- Review proposed orders
- To execute stock disposal and stock returns to principals
- 4. People and Administration:
- Assess subordinates\' performance \xe2\x80\x93 Incentive entitlement
- Daily capacity planning
- Ensure SOP followed
- Act as fire warden for team and escalate issues to BIC
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field or SPM with relevant working experiences
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Able to lead a team of warehouse and delivery personnel
- Computer literate
- Working knowledge of warehousing, transportation and Inventory Control
- Understanding of Order Shipping & Billing process
