Job Description
- Responsible for the overall work of the inbound team (staff efficiency, training, and management, etc.)
- Management of customer delivery appointments and on-site scheduling
- Participate in unloading, acceptance, shelving, and other on-site operations
- Liaise with customers to manage abnormal feedback and communication during the warehousing process
- Provide value-added services (e.g., labeling and merchandise processing)
