Job Description

Location: Lot 12507, Kilang No. 11, Jalan Industri 4, Kg. Baru Sungai Buloh, Seksyen U4, 40150 Shah Alam, Selangor.

Job Scope;

1. Inventory & Stock Management

Manage inventory of massage chairs, wellness equipment, and spare parts. Conduct regular stock counts and update inventory systems. Ensure accurate tracking of inbound and outbound stock movement (chairs, accessories, demo units).

2. Warehouse Operations

Oversee receiving, storing, assembling, and dispatching of massage chairs and others wellness equipement. Ensure proper storage to prevent damage to high-value items. Coordinate with transporters and delivery teams to ensure timely dispatch.

3. Documentation & System Updates

Prepare and maintain records of stock movements, delivery orders, and receiving notes. Use inventory management systems or software to track stock movement and generate reports. Ensure documentation complies with audit and compliance requirements.

4. Manpower & Supervision

Supervise warehouse assistants and general workers to ensure tasks are completed efficiently. Organize work schedules and monitor staff performance. Provide training and guidance to new warehouse staff.

5. Health, Safety & Cleanliness

Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and complies with safety regulations. Implement safety practices and procedures to prevent accidents. Report any hazards or incidents immediately to management.

6. Coordination & Communication

Liaise with procurement, sales, and customer service teams to support business needs. Communicate with transport/logistics partners on delivery or pick-up schedules. Resolve any delivery or stock issues promptly.

Job Requirements

Minimum

3 years

of working experience in warehouse/inventory management. Experience supervising a team is preferred. Familiar with inventory systems/software (e.., Excel, ERP, WMS). Basic understanding of stock movement, warehouse safety, and logistics coordination. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Good communication and coordination ability. Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.

Language:

Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin is an advantage.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
