Ensure Transfer Order (TO) be posted in system according to physical stock movement. 2. To ensure warehouse operator to pick the items requested as per lot and bin location in picking list. 3. Liaison with production on the production priority. 4. Supervise warehouse personnel especially on the warehouse supply team. 5. Ensure correct recording of stock movement and control. 6. Update and monitor daily tracking report. 7. Monitor pending transfer order in ERP system. 8. Ensure proper storage and transfer of material and Finished Goods in FIFO basis. 9. Ensure proper segregation of materials and Finished Goods to prevent mix-up. 10. Perform random audit to ensure inventory accuracy consistency 11. Ensure all return items from production and quality assurance department to put back in system. 12. To liase with production planner to organize stock for production line. 13. To contribute ideas on ways to improve or optimize warehousing procedures. 14. To resolve other issues at warehouse level- pick, supply, shipment, warehouse data system and location. 15. To ensure all warehouse documentation are completed posting for production to consume output in system (NAV). 16. To manage yearly stock-take for data entry and reconcile if there is any discrepancy. 17. Issue Material Request Form (MRF) for warehouse stock adjustment. 18. Arrange shipment for subcon supplier. 19. Filing all warehouse original documents in proper manner. 20. Raise Purchase Requisition (PR) for warehouse related items. 21. Lead in Spot Kaizen improvement. 22. Support company initiative in implementation of environmental management system and adaptation of sound environmental practices in order to minimize any operation impacts on the environment as well as to meet company environmental objectives. 23. Ensure shipment on time base on Shipment Instruction (SI). 24. Plan and coordinate the incoming goods to maximize racking space.
