Job Description

Responsibilities

Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and delivery of goods. Plan and coordinate delivery schedules and liaise with transporters for outstation deliveries. Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock takes, and ensure accurate system updates. Implement proper stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO) and maintain organized warehouse layout. Oversee container unloading and ensure efficient manpower allocation. Ensure warehouse cleanliness, maintenance, and compliance with safety standards. Verify and process sales and purchase orders in the system accurately. Prepare warehouse and stock movement reports for management review. Supervise and guide warehouse staff, monitor attendance, and support performance management. Ensure compliance with company SOPs and support continuous process improvements.

Requirements:

Minimum SPM or Diploma/certificate in Office Administration, Business Management, or equivalent or a related field is required. At least 1 year of working experience in a similar role is necessary. Ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date records. Good communication skills in English (verbal & written) are required, with proficiency in Mandarin being an added advantage strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Monday - Friday (9.00am-7.00pm)
