• Proven experience in a warehouse supervisory role, preferably in a similar industry.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Proficiency in warehouse management software and tools.
• Knowledge of inventory management and logistics.
• Familiarity with safety and security regulations in a warehouse setting.
• Experience with process improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Supervise and manage warehouse staff, providing training and support as needed.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits.
• Implement and enforce safety and security procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of materials.
• Monitor and manage warehouse equipment and supplies, ensuring they are in good working condition.
• Prepare and maintain detailed records of warehouse activities and performance metrics.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance warehouse operations.
