Job Description

Responsible for overseeing warehouse operations and supply chain activities including receiving, storage, inventory management, distribution, and logistics coordination to ensure smooth production flow and timely delivery to customers.

Key Responsibilities

1. Warehouse Management

Receive, inspect, and record incoming raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.

Organize and maintain warehouse layout for efficient space utilization.

Monitor stock movement, FIFO/FEFO implementation, and ensure proper product handling.

Ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with GMP, HACCP, and Halal standards in warehouse.

2. Inventory Control

Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.

Maintain accurate inventory records in system (Excel/ERP).

Forecast material requirements based on production schedule.

Monitor minimum stock levels and raise purchase requests when necessary.

3. Supply Chain Coordination

Plan and schedule supply of raw materials to production based on weekly/monthly production plan.

Liaise with suppliers for timely delivery of goods and follow up on purchase orders.

Coordinate with production, sales, and logistics teams to align supply chain flow.

Monitor lead times and propose improvements to reduce bottlenecks.

4. Logistics & Distribution

Arrange deliveries to customers, distributors, and export shipments.

Coordinate with transporters, courier services, and forwarders.

Prepare delivery orders, packing lists, and ensure documentation accuracy.

Track shipments and resolve delivery issues promptly.

5. Reporting & Documentation

Prepare weekly and monthly warehouse & supply chain reports (stock status, material usage, delivery performance).

Maintain records for audit compliance (HACCP, Halal, ISO).

Support management in cost analysis and supply chain efficiency projects.

Key Skills & Competencies

Knowledge of warehouse management, supply chain, and logistics.

Familiar with GMP, HACCP, Halal requirements (advantage for food industry).

Strong in Excel, Google Sheets.

Good communication and coordination skills with suppliers & transporters.

Physically fit to handle warehouse activities (loading/unloading if required).

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
