Receive products from internal and external sources, ensuring the accurate logging of the product details and ancillaries
Leading and motivating a diverse team to perform at their optimal level, this will include recruitment & rostering, team performance and development management, conflict resolution and health and safety
Has a thorough understanding of jobs within the assigned team area
Manage Distribution operations to deliver favorable Direct and Indirect labor costs and ensures that Distribution Center operations meet or exceed service level targets within budget
Covering the supervisor as and when required
Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts while reconciling
Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts
Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning to the appropriate task
