Warehouse Team Leader Contract duration: 12 months (renewable) Departments: Wholesale / Retail Job scope: Working hours (2 shifts): Monday - Friday (8am - 5pm) / Saturday (1pm - 5pm) Shift allowance is only entitled once the warehouse if fully operated. [ Working hours (2 shifts): Monday - Friday (Morning shift) 6am- 3pm and (Afternoon shifts) 3pm-12am Saturday (Morning shift ) 7am -12pm and (Afternoon shift) 12pm - 5pm ] Working location: Working location : Seksyen 22, 40300 Shah Alam, Selangor Salary : RM 2000 - RM 2500 Monthly Allowance(Attendance) = RM125.00 Shift Allowance = RM300.00 : Lead in the execution of Warehouse Trade Return Operations in compliance to SOP. Managing Daily Inbound/ Receipt, Daily Re-packing, Daily Storage, Daily Inventory Management, Weekly Inventory Write-off, and Weekly Inventory Disposal. Managing the operational issues and provide solutions. Supervising warehouse employees on daily activities. Operating Material Handling Equipment; Reach Truck, Forklift, and Power Pallet Truck when required. Managing, evaluating, and reporting on warehouse performance, productivity, and cost. Maintaining the records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any required documentations. Coordinating and maintaining Daily Housekeeping. Coordinating and maintaining Material Handling Equipment. Ensuring the maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations. Managing on Daily Cycle Count and/ or Stock Take Process including the preparation. Key interface between numerous parties to proactively take action that deliver business results. Controlling the departmental operations budget and monitoring expenses. Continuous cost saving initiatives with focus on process efficiency and cost savings. Requirement : Minimum of Diploma in Supply Chain Management/ Logistic Management/ Business or related field equivalent combination of education and work experience in the logistic industry. Minimum of 3 years experiences in FMCG (Foods and Home Care). Minimum of 3 years experiences in Material Handling Equipment, Reach Truck, Forklift and Power Pallet Truck. Certified Material Handling Specialist. Hand-Eye Coordination. Safety Awareness. Excellent with SAP Excellent with Excel. Excellent leadership, organizational skills, and good team player. Excellent communication skills both written and oral, and interpersonal skills. Work on Shift Schedule.
