Requirements

• Proven ability to accurately pick, pack, and ship orders in a timely manner, ensuring order fulfillment meets company standards.
• Strong communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to effectively interact with team members and supervisors.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy objects, as well as stand and walk for extended periods.
• Valid Secondary/SPM/'O' Level certificate or equivalent, demonstrating a basic level of education.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures in a warehouse environment, with a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, pack, and label orders according to established procedures and customer specifications, ensuring order fulfillment meets quality standards.
• Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, safely and efficiently to move materials and products within the warehouse.
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments, comparing them against purchase orders and packing lists to identify discrepancies or damages.
• Maintain accurate inventory records by performing regular cycle counts and participating in physical inventory audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Organize and maintain a clean and orderly warehouse environment, including proper storage and arrangement of materials to optimize space utilization and safety.
• Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper handling and securing of goods to prevent damage during transportation.
• Collaborate with other warehouse team members and departments to ensure smooth and efficient warehouse operations, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
