Requirements
Possess a Secondary/SPM/'O' Level certification as a minimum educational qualification.
Demonstrate a minimum of 3 to 5 years of practical experience in a warehouse environment.
Exhibit proficiency in warehouse management practices, including efficient storage and retrieval methods.
Implement and maintain rigorous inventory control procedures to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
Manage shipping and receiving operations, including the verification of incoming and outgoing shipments.
Execute order fulfillment processes accurately and promptly to meet customer demands.
Adhere to quality control standards to ensure the integrity of products and materials.
Comply with established safety procedures and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
Operate forklifts safely and efficiently, with valid certification and adherence to safety guidelines.
Communicate effectively in Bahasa Malaysia and English, both verbally and in writing, to facilitate seamless communication with colleagues and supervisors.
Responsibilities
Perform all warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all processes.
Manage inventory control by conducting regular stock checks, cycle counts, and investigating discrepancies to maintain accurate inventory records and minimize losses.
Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently to move, load, and unload materials, adhering to safety procedures and guidelines.
Prepare and process orders for shipment, including selecting items, packing them securely, and generating shipping labels and documentation, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure they meet quality standards, identifying and reporting any damages or discrepancies to the appropriate personnel.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment by following safety procedures, disposing of waste properly, and ensuring that all materials are stored in designated areas.
Adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and participating in safety training programs, to prevent accidents and injuries.
