Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Able to read product labels, SKUs, and follow picking lists accurately.
• Physically fit - able to lift items and walk throughout the warehouse.
• Basic understanding of warehouse operations (training provided).
• Able to use mobile devices / scanners for picking (training provided).
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight timelines.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Able to work overtime during peak seasons (e.g., 5.5, 7.7, festive sales).
• Team player with good attitude.

Responsibilities
Picking & Packing

• Pick customer orders accurately based on picking list / system (SKU, colour, size, quantity).
• Ensure items are in good condition before packing.
• Pack orders neatly according to company SOP (bubble wrap, fragile items, carton).
• Attach correct labels, invoice, and documentation.

Warehouse Operations

• Assist in receiving incoming goods (unloading, checking, counting).
• Stock-in and stock-out using scanner / mobile app (e.g., SiteGiant, SQL).
• Refill shelves and maintain inventory arrangement for easy picking.
• Perform stock take, cycle count, and report discrepancies.
• Ensure proper storage of fragile and high-value items.

Housekeeping & Safety

• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of warehouse zones.
• Follow warehouse safety rules (PPE, proper lifting technique).
• Report damaged goods, low inventory, or any issues to supervisor.

Support Tasks

• Assist in preparing bulk/wholesale orders.
• Help during container unloading / lorry loading.
• Support other warehouse tasks assigned by supervisor/manager.
