PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

To learn and understand all operational task, scope and customer requirements and procedure.
To be responsible for transport & POD.
To ensure accurate, prompt and up-to-date system entry.
Ensure all deliveries and POD are executed within the window period provided by Customer.
Ensure all info in WX3 is updated with correct info and transacted in appropriate and timely manner.
Work closely with Puma team to trouble shooting on any relevant issue.
To entertain customer enquiry regarding deliveries.
To communicate with haulier and customer regarding any priority inbound.
To ensure proper filling system and other administrative duties.
To maintain good relationship with customer and enhance customer service with all others related parties
To maintain good and two ways communication with the superior and perform other job related duties as and when requested by superior.
