Key duties include verifying and submitting claims, interacting with customers to address warranty-related issues, collaborating with service technicians, and ensuring adherence to warranty guidelines.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication are essential.
Requirement:
Working experience in Automotive is preferable.
Degree/Diploma in Automotive Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
