Process warranty claims accurately and efficiently.
Handle all documentation related to warranty claims, payables, and parts.
Review and verify warranty paperwork to ensure compliance with policies and requirements.
Maintain accurate and well-organized records for customers and service operations.
Stay updated with company announcements, policy changes, and factory recalls.
Liaise with manufacturers on claim approvals and related matters.
Support negotiations and help ensure smooth communication between customers and the organization.
Requirements
Minimum qualification: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience in warranty administration or a related field is an added advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong numerical skills and good business judgment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Basic knowledge of vehicles and automotive parts (training will be provided).

Monday - Friday 08:00AM - 05:30PM
Saturday 08:00AM - 12:00PM
