Warranty Executive to join our Aftersales team on a 1-year contract.
The successful candidate will handle administrative tasks related to warranty claims, customer service, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the automotive or aftersales sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and process warranty claims efficiently and accurately
Liaise with service teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure proper documentation and resolution of warranty-related issues
Maintain detailed records of all warranty transactions
Provide administrative support to the Aftersales department
Monitor claim timelines and ensure adherence to company policies
Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in administrative or warranty-related roles
Familiarity with the automotive or aftersales industry is an advantage
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Able to work independently and as part of a team
