Job description:

• Oversee end-to-end warranty claims processes to ensure accurate and timely submissions to principals (MBCV/MFTBC).
• Ensure claims are processed within 45 days from dealer submission and reimbursement received within the stipulated period.
• Address and resolve any warranty queries from principals.
• Collaborate with dealers to ensure warranty claims are submitted in compliance with policies and deadlines.
• Enforce dealer compliance with product upgrade, service measures, and recall campaigns.
• Manage defective parts return to principals and oversee scrappage of parts stored beyond the prescribed duration.
• Analyze warranty claim patterns and identify key product or process issues.
• Prepare reports on Warranty Hour Labour Rate (WHLR) and Warranty Parts Factor (WPF) and propose yearly revisions.
• Conduct regular warranty audits and training sessions for dealers to ensure process adherence and knowledge sharing.
• Establish and maintain clear guidelines for warranty claims, goodwill approvals, and parts scrappage processes.
• Review and improve warranty-related processes to minimize operational risks and enhance dealer satisfaction.
• Support technical teams in resolving product failures by providing warranty insights and escalating unresolved issues to manufacturers or regional centers.
• Act as a liaison between dealers, technical teams, and manufacturers to streamline warranty and goodwill approvals.

Job requirements:
- Minimum bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Good in mechanical & electrical failure analysis, report writing, data analysis.
- Possess minimum 7 years of working experience in this role.
