managing, processing and monitoring warranty claims for vehicles and automotive components. This role to ensures compliance with manufacturer policies, accurate documentation and timely resolution of customer issues related to warranty claims.
Responsibilities:
Review, process and submit warranty claims for vehicles and components in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.
Validate invoices and any supporting documentation before claim submission.
Maintain and accurate record of all warranty claim, prepare reports on claim, recurring issues for management.
Track warranty claims status and follow up for approvals or rejections.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Minimum 2 year experiences in Automotive Industry.
Willing to work on Monday to Saturday.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills especially in English, Bahasa. Good in Mandarin is a plus.
Strong knowledge of automotive systems and vehicle repair procedures.
Excellent documentation, organizational skills.
Proficiency in DMS, SQL Account system.
Good communication skills and attention to detail, ability to work under deadlines.
