Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible

Warranty Processor

to manage the preparation, submission, and follow-up of all warranty claims with vehicle manufacturers and suppliers. This role ensures that claims are processed

accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with manufacturer guidelines

, supporting the company's service operations and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Warranty Claim Management:

Prepare, check, and submit warranty claims to manufacturers/suppliers according to brand policies and guidelines.

Documentation & Verification:

Ensure all repair orders, job sheets, parts usage, and technician notes are complete and accurate before claim submission.

Monitoring & Follow-Up:

Track claim status, follow up with manufacturers, and resolve rejected or pending claims.

Compliance:

Ensure all warranty jobs are processed according to the manufacturer's SOP and warranty procedures.

Reporting:

Generate weekly and monthly reports on claim approvals, rejections, and outstanding cases for management review.

Coordination:

Work closely with service advisors, technicians, and parts controllers to ensure accurate warranty documentation.

Cost Control:

Monitor warranty expenses and ensure claims are maximized to reduce company cost exposure.

Continuous Improvement:

Stay updated with manufacturer warranty bulletins, policies, and system updates.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Automotive Technology, or related fields. Minimum 1 year experience in warranty processing or aftersales administration (automotive industry preferred). Good knowledge of automotive service and repair processes. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills. Computer literate (Microsoft Excel, Word, and warranty claim portals). Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines. Good communication skills for coordination with internal teams and manufacturers.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
