Washing Plant Operator

Job Description
:
Operate washing plant units including neutralization, water washing, separators, centrifuges, or scrubbers. Monitor operating parameters (temperature, flow rate, pH, oil/water interface levels) via control panels and field instruments. Ensure washing process meets specifications for refined oil, biodiesel, or oleochemicals. Handle chemicals safely in accordance with MSDS and company guidelines. Conduct routine inspections of centrifuges, pumps, tanks, pipelines, and associated equipment.
Job Requirement:
Technical Certificate/Diploma in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, Industrial Technology, or equivalent. 1-3 years of relevant experience in palm oil refinery, biodiesel, or chemical process plant operations. Knowledge of palm oil refining and washing/neutralization processes. Familiarity with DCS/SCADA control systems is an advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
